It looks like you have the chat flow configured to display certain hours of availability. You can update this in your inbox settings here:
(if your data is based in the EU):
https://app-eu1.hubspot.com/l/live-messages-settings/inboxes/
OR ELSE
https://app.hubspot.com/l/live-messages-settings/inboxes/
then:
- Hover over chat and click edit
- On the next screen you should see an availability tab. Click this
- You can update the setting here.
