How to edit text color of buttons and menubar?

Hi,

I have purchased Donovan Pro but it looks like it won’t allow me to customize all the colors I needed. I changed the menu bar color to green but I can’t change its text to white.

I’d like to change all these black items to white. Is there an easy way to do it? Sorry, I’m not an advanced user. Thanks in advance.
