Thanks for your message, First you need to enable the elementor editor in Speaker Post type. For this you need to go Elementor Settings page to enable the elementor editor to Speaker post type. After Save the settings you can see the Edit With Elementor button in the Speaker edit page.

Thank you for reply. but their is no option for edit with elementor on single speaker page
