2- How to change the text of buttons: “Functional” + “All cookies”

    Hi @mengeco

    1. The Cookie Policy is drafted by our IT lawyer to comply to the relevant legislation. We recommend editing via the Complianz wizard, also because editing the policy would prevent future updates (in legislation, used cookies, etc.) Is there information you’d like to add which is currently nog possible with our plugin?

If you’d still like to adjust the text, you can add text above or below, work with filters or just copy the HTML.

    2. you can edit this via cookie banner settings

    3. You can add this to the URL in the cookie banner. Also read: https://complianz.io/changing-the-read-more-url-on-the-cookie-banner/

Ik hope this helps. If you have any further questions, please let us know!

    Regards,
    Leon

Thank you for these precise answers.

I need to develop a bilingual site and English is the first language

    1) How to translate the text?

    2) Is the plugin compatible with Polylang?

    Thanks

    1. You can have a look at https://complianz.io/how-to-translate-legal-documents-to-your-own-language/, it links to a couple of articles surrounding translations.

    2. Yes!

Let me know if you have any questions!

    Hi @mengeco, Pierre,

Did this work out for you? Let us know if you any follow up questions

    regards Aert

    Hello,
    Thank you for your follow-up!
I have not been able to display the blank read page (new browser tab)
Does not it make sense to integrate this function natively?

    Hi @mengeco,

What do you mean with the ‘blank read page’, I’m afraid I don’t understand.

    Let me know please!

    regards Aert

    Sorry, it’s not clear.
I just want the “Learn more” page to open in a new browser tab (target: “blank”)
    Thanks

    Hi @mengeco,

Could you log a support ticket at complianz.io/support/

    For the forum;

We use the logic for _blank stated here: https://css-tricks.com/use-target_blank/

For anyone who wants to override the default behavior please contact complianz.io/support. We will send you a jquery file which can be enqueued in your functions.php.

As default behavior is not a bug, and above issues are explained and solved. This thread will be closed.
