Support » Plugin: Jetpack by WordPress.com » How to edit login screen

    Hi
I’m trying to change the colour of a link on the login page, the one in the notification box when you put in an incorrect password…

Also, is there a way to change log in with WordPress and log in with username and password so log in with wordpress is below username and password and also put a button?

Whilst Jetpack is great, and as a wordpress user, I can quickly login, I find many users aren’t also registered with WordPress and I’m forever answering support requests because people are trying to use the log in details for my site on WordPress without a WordPress account.

Better yet, can I remove the Log in with wordpress button completely from the log in box and place it in a small link in the corner somewhere so admins can use this to log in?

    Howdy –

Is this a membership site? What’s the URL?

Hi, it will be yes. I’m using a white label branding plugin but jet pack overrides it – I’m hoping it’s not one of those “like it or lump it” scenarios but if it is, a can live with that.

Is there a way to make a front end login system? I’m sure I’ve had that before with another plugin 😂

Please send along a screen shot of the page where you’d like to see the change happen. Make sure you’re careful not to include anything sensitive in that screen shot from your personal browser. Add it here with a third party link from something like snag.gy.

When I look at the site there’s no obvious members or sign in area.

You could use any membership plugin to put the entire site or parts of the site behind a login field.
