    First locate the payment in Downloads > Payment History. Once you do that, click “View Details” and look for “PayPal Transaction ID”. Copy the ID and then log into your PayPal account and go to the Advanced Transaction search. You will be able to search by transaction ID.

    Once the refund is processed, the payment should be automatically marked as “refunded” in EDD, but if it is not, click on “Edit” then change the status to “refunded”.
