How to display tweets from someone else’s account

Hi in the plugin description its mentioned than tweets from thirdparty accounts can be displayed but I am getting this error

“An error has occurred with your feed.
There is a problem with your access token, access token secret, consumer token, or consumer secret”

So thirdparty tweets not allowed or do we require access tokens from our account to display thirdparty tweets?
