How can i display the number of “Total Users Voted” in the sidebar which appears actually on the page: admin.php?page=wp-postratings/postratings-manager.php (Post Ratings Logs Stats)

You need a widget that can execute PHP code like http://wordpress.org/plugins/php-code-widget/ and use the PHP code <?php get_ratings_users(); ?>

One last question:

How can I display the total number of users rated for a specific (like %RATINGS_USERS%) in my index.php (below each post)?
