How to display tickets for all customer (even not logged in) like picture below on frontend:
1/ Any Customer can see all tickets from others, but can not response until logged in.
2/ Tickets have “closed” status, Logged in customers cannot reply and have to open other ticket.
3/ All customers can reply to tickets that don’t have “closed” status and can receive notification email if ticket have update.
4/ Like support tab of wordpress plugin page, ex: this plugin page (http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/scebo).
