How to display my posts

  • Hello Everyone,

I have just started to learn wordpress and am having a few problems, I have come across this website called http://net.tutsplus.com.

I would like to know how I can style all my posts to be displayed like they have theirs on there home page ?

Also when you create a new page under a parent how do you link to it/call it since every page I try to create seems to appear broken ?

Any help would be much appreciated !!

There’s nothing particularly special about the way in which posts are being displayed on that site. If your links are all broken, I’d suggest you try resetting your custom permalinks back to the default setting and deleting/renaming your WordPress .htaccess file. If this works, then review Using_Permalinks before setting a custom permalink structure back up again.

How would I display all my posts then if you say that theirs nothing special about it. I mean in terms of the Loop its self to check for posts ?

Virtually all archive, post and page templates in a theme use the Loop. So pretty much any theme (TwentyTen, for example) would list posts on the front page of the site.
