how to display list icon in classic editor

The toolbar for the class editor used to display a list icon allowing you to format lists. But the icon is not displaying. Is there any way to restore it to my toolbar?

or do you mean with the classic block?
If so, click on the paragraph symbol to change it to a list block
Not sure why it displays in your toolbar, but not in mine. Here’s a screenshot of mine:
