I am trying to display the “Sorry, you can only post a new comment once every 15 seconds. Slow down cowboy.” message within my themplate page, preferably the same page as the comment is written, like in the login form where my login details “you are logged in as…” are displayed.
Now, the message is displayed in an empty /wp-comments-post.php page.
