How to Display Ad on Top of Page/First Post Heaging and Page

    Hello,

    I want to display the Ad of the top of first post an thus it will be displayed on top of every page of my Blog.

    For live wire theme it should be below the Secondary drop Down menu. In which file and where to embed the Ad code?

    PLease help.
