How to disable shipping

    I have set up tickets for purchase in my online store but there is no option to select “virtual” and “downloadable” for event tickets like there is with regular products. How do I disable shipping for event tickets?

    Hi @careforhedland,

    One possible solution to your problem could be Free Shipping creation on WooCommerce settings. With this way, your customers can shop without shipping costs. Virtual and downloadable are options that not included on the current version.

    Try to select Virtual first in Simple Product option before you select Event Ticket option. I think its gonna work.
