How to disable reCAPTCHA which negatively impacts PageSpeed

Hello,

Thank you CF7 developer for your continued work on this great plugin and making it available to the opensource community!

After updating to the latest CF7 and setup new v3 site/secret key, running our website against google pagespeed insights has resulted in a score drop from 70% to 52% for mobile and increased page load times for mobile users by 25% more (or 2 seconds more to load our home page). 🙁 More important the page I tested was our home page which contains no web forms but is still being impacted as well as all of our other site pages. We only utilize the web forms on 3 pages out of over 100+ pages so to me it doesn’t make sense to negatively impact the entire site for just 3 web forms.

So my question is how can I disable recaptcha completely and go back to the quiz challenge?
