How to disable mShots service?

We can definitely support turning those off. I’ve just committed a change in version 4.1.6a2 that creates a new filter, akismet_enable_mshots, that you can use to disable them. That change should be shipped to the stable version sometime next week.

Hi @yet-another-wp-user, mshots can be disabled by adding a filter named akismet_enable_mshots and returning false in that filter. For more information on filters, you can see the documentation here:

The gist of the code would look something like this:
