When I tested my products for sale, I added one more of the same product to my cart, and it doubled the shipping cost. I don’t want that happening unless I add five or more to my cart. How do I make that all work?

    Hi there @tessila!

It looks like you are using WooCommerce Services for your shipping rates.

Please check the settings under WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > ZONE NAME > USPS to make sure the Packing method is set to pack items together. If they are set to ship individually, then this will cause the shipping cost to double when the item count is doubled.

I hope that helps! Have a wonderful day!

    Thank you!

I do have it set as items packed together, but it still doubles the shipping.

Thanks for confirming that; Seeing as this seems to relate to https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-services/, please open a support ticket at https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/?form=ticket. It’s likely that we’d need to log into your website to troubleshoot that some more 🙂
