How to disable dashboard

Hey all,

I’d like to know, is there an easy way (or plugin) that would make it easier for users to post comments to my entries? Right now, when they login they get the dashboard and all that goes with it. I’d like to be able to have them only be able to comment (although still have the dashboard available for my team).
