    We would like only administrators to be able to create new tickets. Users can only see them (cannot create a new ticket) – is it possible with the SupportCandy plugin?

    Hello,

    Please go to Support > Settings > General > Allow to create new tickets and select Administrator and uncheck other roles.

    Hi, I am using the free version of the plugin and unfortunately I do not see this option. Is it because I have the free versions?

    Hello,

    This feature is available in the free version. Which version you are using? This feature is added in 2.1.9 version.
