How to disable animate.css for mobile

    My pages use a lot of animations and when I try to view them on mobile it causes the browser to slow down and render the animations with long delays and wrong orders. This is partially because on ios when you scroll it pauses all transitions/animations for a couple of seconds.

    Is there a simple way to keep the animations only for desktop and to disable the animate.css for mobile users? Any help is appreciated.
