how to design wordpress like mailchimp ? help me !

    Hi everyone,

    At present, I am using Twenty Ten theme, and now I want to design a template have 4 columns look likes http://http://mailchimp.com/resources page.

    With this template, i can change information or picture in that follows normal users.

    Would you please help me about documents, or how to design it?

    The WordPress Codex has documentation related to theme development, but prior html, css, and being comfortable with seeing php code is required. http://codex.wordpress.org/Theme_Development

    I knew about HTML, CSS, PHP code and I can design template by photoshop, but i don’t know how to make that file comes a template for wordpress, I don’t know where I have to begin to change it comes a folder like Twenty Ten
