How To Delete WordPress.org outlinks in My WordPress site

Hi All,

Every wordpress sites i installed by Fantastico have 4 external links from Wordprees.org and I dont know where to delete them.

Do it hurt my seo ranking on Google when i have lots of outsite links from the same domain?

Please help me to delete them, thanks.
