Hi @nabeelshikder,
Thanks for reaching out. Happy to help you with this!
Certainly, your products that have been set to “Do not sync” in your WooCommerce settings should not be visible in your catalog. So sorry that this is happening!
Since your Facebook catalog can have multiple data sources, would you please confirm that you are using the latest version of the plugin (2.0.1) and that the “WooCommerce Extension V2” is the only data source?
Thanks,
Marcus

I am using the latest version 2.0.1 and WooCommerce Extension V2 is the only data source. When set to ‘Do not sync’, I was shown a notification in WordPress Admin Panel stating that I may need to manually delete these products from Facebook catalog. Please confirm if this is the case?
Hi Nabeel – @nabeelshikder,
Thank you for following up here. It doesn’t sound like you have any other sources adding products back that you set to “Do not sync”, so we should be good there.
Yes, currently you may still need to remove the product manually if it was synced before and now you no longer want it to be in your catalog. We are working on improving this flow, so thank you for letting us know that this is happening for you.
Would you please let me know if this is helpful and if there’s anything else I can help with?
Thanks,
Marcus

Yes, please fix this in the next version of the plugin and include this in the release notes.
Hi Nabeel – @nabeelshikder,
Thank you for your feedback. Our team at SkyVerge recently took over development and support for this plugin and we’re hard at work to make sure the plugin works more reliably and easily going forward!
Are there any other questions I can answer for you? Please don’t hesitate to let me know.
Thanks,
Marcus

Another suggestion is to include an option to hide the welcome greeting dialog in Facebook messenger chat function directly from the settings. Currently, it is necessary to add greeting_dialog_display=\"hide\"
to file facebook-commerce-messenger-chat.php.
Other than that, I don’t have other questions.
Hi Nabeel – @nabeelshikder,
Thank you for your feedback about the Messenger chat window. I will be sure to pass this information to our product team for review. We appreciate you letting us know what is important to you!
Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any other questions.
Cheers,
Marcus
