How to delete a 'submission' from FormMaker

We have a form built and have tested it several times. There are submissions that I want to delete. I looked on forums and found that there is suppose to be a delete button at the top of the page of submissions. There is not on this form. Need the “delete” button.

Also, having problems uploading a .doc or .pdf file Resume. Get error message every time. But, when I looked at one of the test submissions that I did, I saw the form link listed and copied it into the browser and got the document.

Need to resolve the ability to upload the file and have a better way of finding the document than having to click on every submission to see if there is a file in that field showing the link.
