How to delete a Booked User with no user ID

    Someone has booked on an event and made this comment:

    “This is a message to the webmaster. Your website is missing out on at least 300 visitors per day. I have found a company which offers to dramatically increase your visitors to your site: [Remaining spam moderated]

    This shows the problem:

    How do I delete someone who has booked when there is no Use Id?

    This seems to be a general hack that is being applied to WordPress sites judging by the results to this message on Google.
