How to Defer the Javascript and Move it to Footer

Hi,
Great plugin. However I am having some problem with my performance plugin. I am using Speed Booster pack to defer all JS and move the scripts to the footer. But looks like the Pro Quiz does not like it and the Start Quiz button becomes non clickable.

I can us the Speed booster plugin to add an exception to the JS for Pro Quiz but I am not sure which ones to add: Here is what I have done, but still no luck:

1. Exclude Scripts from being moved to footer:

Script Handle: wpProQuiz_front_javascript
Copy the HTML code of the script from your page source and add it below:
<script type='text/javascript' src='http://www.dealwithautism.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-pro-quiz/js/wpProQuiz_front.min.js'></script>

2. Exclude Scripts from being deferred:

I have excluded this script: wpProQuiz_front.min.js

Is there any other exception I need to add? Please suggest as this option is not working.
