    Do you will remove the completely Menu, all in the white border?

    If you will only hide the Dashboard, active the checkbox in the Menu section for each role, there should no access to this menu item. If you hide the Dashboard, use also the redirect feature in the global option area after you have hide the Dashboard item. WP redirect always after login to the dashboard and should change this.
