Hi @marcrix,
Do you mean the invoice from PayPal or in WooCommerce? Can you maybe share a screenshot of what exactly you aim to remove?
The PayPal order will be created with the same order number as the WooCommerce order. If you change the WooCommerce order number programmatically after it was created, then the PayPal order number may not match.
This depends a bit on how it done though.
If you could provide more details on how to reproduce this behavior, then maybe we can provide a suitable solution.
Thanks!
Beyond the Invoice Prefix, there is no setting in the plugin that would modify the behavior of the invoice number at PayPal in any way.
WooCommerce order confirmations can be customized to your desire though.
Kind regards,
Niklas

In my PayPal business account developers, I integrate two websites. When a purchase is made from one of them, bank messages are sent with the address of the first site, and Paypal messages that inform the payment is completed to the first website address rather than the second website address where purchases were made, would you please someone help me to fix this issue
Thank you for replying but I believe this link is not the same issue, what I mean, I have two websites, site (A) & site (B), for example, and both are integrated with one PayPal business account, and each one has individual Paypal plugin, when I have purchased from website (B) buyer receives the bank transaction message and Paypal payment message labeled with the site (A)which is the same Paypal account name rather than (B).
note that the client ID and secret key are different on each site but the merchant ID is the same because its A unique for the business Paypal account.I hope you know now what I mean`
