How to de-activate layers option?

    I would like to disable the PDF ‘layers’ option, what do I need to add to the shortcode?

    Also is there an option to default to ‘hand tool’ and ‘horizontal scrolling’?

    There aren’t any options to disable layer options or default to ‘hand tool’ and ‘horizontal scrolling. I can add them to the backlog though.

    I do not currently have a public backlog.
