How to customize tweet content?

    Hi all,

    In a post, by default, when user clicks on the Twitter share button, it opens a tweet textfield with the mention ‘Hey check this out’.

    How can I replace it with the title of the post? I presume I have to add a specific code in the ‘Default Message’ area in the plugin options.
