How to customize? Title and author before thumbnail also show avatar.

Hi!

I’m not sure if this is possible at all without deactivating updates and modify the plugin’s php.

I want to place the Title and Author name above the Thumbnail. Also i want to show the author’s avatar.

Having the Tags in a single row at the bottom.

Also pro version? Or as i mentioned have to mod the plugin itself?
