Support » Theme: Sydney » How to customize tag page output

  • Hi, how can I please customize the tag page? I have just created tag cloud in the sidebar, by using simple tags plugin:

    /clanky/

    however, the look of tag page is terrible /tag/sutaze/

    I would like to have smaller pictures, some kind of grid, something like this:

    /extra/zaujimavosti/

    How is it possible to achieve? Thank you, Daniel

  • Hello there,

    Try enabling masonry layout by going to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Blog options > in the “Layout” option, choose “Masonry (grid style)”.

    Thank you, this already looks much better: https://www.cyklokopce.sk/tag/reporty/

    However, titles font should be smaller, it is too big. I can see it is size 36, I went through Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Typography and Fonts, but no way to change it. Any suggestions on this please? Thank you for help! Daniel

    Hello there,

    Try adding this CSS code to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS from dashboard.

    .hentry .title-post {
      font-size: 20px;
    }

    Hi,
    thank you, it worked like charm. Can I ask you few more things?

    – now I would need to adjust the size of font in the excerpt, f.e. to 15
    – is it possible to remove/hide 2 things?
    1, the “tag: XYZ” line on the very top of the page? It is completely useless and it looks bad
    2, the category info, for every post. F.e. “posted in XYZ” again, it is not in my language and completely useless

    This is the link for the page: https://www.cyklokopce.sk/tag/reporty/

    Thank you very much for your help man, I appreciate it. Best,

    Daniel
