How to Customize Placement of Pagination using WP-PageNavi plugin?

    I am using WP-PageNavi plugin ver 2.82 and I am using WordPress ver 3.1.3 (Multisite)

    Problem is unlike the parent site, the child site is NOT displaying the pagination at the top of the post. Instead, the pagination appears in the top of the sidebar which doesn’t make sense!

    So my query is: How to ‘force’ the pagination appear at the top of the post instead of sidebar?
