How do I change which links are listed in the Storefront Header? As you will be able to see in the link provided every page I have set up in the backend of my website is displayed rather than just the links relating to the shop section of the site. How do I choose which links to display and which to remove?

You need to create a new Menu in Appearance and add the pages you want to that:
