Virtually every few weeks someone who receives an automatic email notification that a new comment has been added to an article they (presumably) contributed to or otherwise subscribed to hits “reply” and adds a new comment.
The appear to believe they only have to reply to the email to add a new comment instead of clicking the comment’s link embedded into the email.
I find this frustrating and have to email them back saying they’ve only replied to an automated email and they need to go to the Blog article to comment.
How can I customise the text of this email to make it clearer please?
