Hi!

I tried to custom CSS rules with my style.css child theme, but the plugin css file override it.
In the description box of the plugin page I read “Easily unhook CSS and add your own styling”: how can I do this?

Sorry for the (probably) obvious question and thanks in advance!

There’s a few ways you can overcome this:

1. Create a new css/easy-image-gallery.css in your child theme which will override the CSS file completely from the plugin.

2. Be more specific with your CSS rules so they override the plugin (the easiest method) http://www.smashingmagazine.com/2007/07/css-specificity-things-you-should-know/

3. Deregister or dequeue the easy-image-gallery CSS file
