How to cross-post from one blog to another

I regularly post to a few different blogs, all run using WP. One of them is a political/current events blog that I operate with several co-authors. The other one is my personal blog, where I discuss a far broader set of topics, such as my hiking trips, sports, personal happenings, etc in addition to politics.

I’m looking for a plug-in, workaround, online service, or whatnot to allow me to have my political posts cross-posted to my personal site. I’d love to keep the categories intact, but I’d settle for a solution that doesn’t.

Any ideas?
