you want to add a plugin to your wordpress website? click plugins > add new, in wordpress backend,you can search for plugins there by typing name in the search box, other wise you can search here for plugins too https://wordpress.org/plugins/
Ok, I know it but I need to know how i can add plugin to theme for sale.
E.g I had created plain layout, then I program this website. then I sold it. And now, I must add this plugin to website in some way before I sell if I must add this plugin (zip) to directory, then new owner add this to website.

Bundle it with your theme , place in seperate folder. mention to client to enable the plugin for complete functionality.
or best is to offer them to set it up along with the purchase.
I can offer to client after purchase that i would add this plugin to his website ? if I understand correctly?

If you want to distribute your theme on WordPress.org then you cannot charge for it.
If I get your point, then I think you need to integrating some plugin with your salable theme. If so then I think following articles can help you.

You’re going to have to look at the guidelines of which ever repository you want to upload to.
No i don’t think about distribute my theme on WordPress.org. In general I think how can I integrating few plugins with my theme, than i can insert on some website to download for people for free or purchase
I think the second articles is good way to do this. I will read this articles and if i will have some problems I will write it in this topic
