How to create template for “Add New” page in admin section

    Is it possible to create a template for the “add new” page edit screen?

    Ideally under Posts in the Admin, I’d like to add another item that says “Clients” so it would be

    Pages:
    Edit
    Add New
    Add New Client

    And clicked Add New Client would have certain custom values already entered and parent id/template pre-set.

    Any help is much appreciated!
