How to create SUB-BLOGS ?

    Ok so i created my website with wordpress and im loving it. but i want to be able to create a sort of sub-blogs within my site. basically i want a link in my navigation called “blogs” and when you click into it theirs a different profiles of the people who will run my website. when you click on one of their profiles it opens up to their very own blog/profile page.

    the perfect example of what im trying to acheive is at http://www.hypebeast.com. click blogs uptop. they also run wordpress.

    any ideas? thanks
