How to create new form?

Hello people
im trying to create a page on my wordpress site called “Tours” (its a tour operator website). What i want to do is something like wix.
I want information about tours to be in those boxes kind of things (i have no idea if they have special name) and whenever someone tries to open any of them i want them to opened in the same page, meaning i dont want to have lots of hmtl files for each tour. i also want to automatically add those “info boxes” using a form which will add them in the page “Tours” and it will add content in the database as well.
So i dont even know where to start searching and if you can at least give me right direction i would appreciate it.
