How to create multiple category gallery ?

Hi,

I would like to create a multiple category gallery, but I don’t know which plug-in could do this.

Basically I want to have about 50 – 100 categories (sea, sky, earth, etc)

When you choose a category, thumbnails of images for that category appear,
when you click on thumbnail you can see larger image.

I would also like to have category all, where you can see all thumbnails from all categories.
