How to create infinite slider.

Hello Guyz;
I want to create an infinite slide that keeps scrolling vertically without stopping, probably only stops on mouse hoover. Anyone know any plugins i can use to pull this off? Thanks. Besides i have visual Composer if it can do this i will be glad to be shown how.
