How to create horizontal drop down menu

I am really sad…..i tried a lot to create horizontal menu…..with drop down facility.

In Plugin center i also found some of plugin but they can’t help.

Bcz i need a horizontal drop down menu…..for better understanding see the screenshot that i found on net….i want ths same menu bar as in shot.
in this screenshot it is Admin panel of olderversion of WP.
