How to create front end registration for new user

    Hi

    I want create front end user for purchasing products for multisite
    no back end (admin panel )
    how to achieve
    Q 1.I am trying to set up a multisite network and users to be able to create their site
    Q 2.I want users to be able to just create a login page
    While those who are just shopping and not creating a site

    Q 1& Q 2 happen in a single page
