I have been trying to create flat rate per order. I have been having difficulties, see below

shipping per item to lagos Nigeria is 1500

When users are trying to buy 3 items (and shipping to lagos), shipping price must still be 1500 not 1500 X 3. How do I do this please

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    3. I’m testing it with the order:
    Item #1: <2kg>, <Normal>, <1>
    Item #2: <2kg>, <Normal>, <1>
    etc
    Total order weight: <4kg>
    Order subtotal: <₦49,499.00>
    Shipping destination: <NG, LA, None>

    4. I expect to see
    — Regular Shipping: ₦1,500

    5. I do see instead:
    — Regular Shipping: ₦3,000
