I maybe asking the question wrong so forgive me in advance.

I have Real-Estate website where I once and a while would upload listings.

What I'm doing right now is I create an HTML table where the image is on the left and the listing information (Address, Rental rate, Sale price, etc.) is on the right. And this process has worked for me however it does get tedious after a while.

I was wondering if there is a way to create custom fields for a post i.e. Address or Rental Rate. and when I publish the post, it appears as if I done the table?

You may use custom fields to manage this

Is it possible to change font, size, and wrap text around pics? I'd like to fancy up my blog posts a little; I'm tired of the same look.

Yes, you can do that by creating a child theme.
