How to create “archive”

Hello,

I would like to create a page (separate from the Start Page), which shows a list of posts from my own blog (all posts which contain a certain tag).

I thought that would be an easy task, but (at least for me?) it was not.

Could somebody please elaborate on how to achieve this? Please note that I am using the “free” wordpress.com hosting, i.e., I cannot install any plugins other than the ones preinstalled.
