it might be easiest just to include a link to another page, or use a link to a post that you made containing the stuff you want. you could include the link in your “links” area, or just build it into the template itself.
Hi, Ryan Peeck,
So on your “About Me” link on the left (at http://blog.rpeeck.com/) , did you just save a copy of the rendered page, edit the html, throw the file into the same directory as the weblog, and place a link to it?
Or is this “About Me” page somehow brought up, using the weblog machinery?
I copied all of the index.php file, deleted out the PHP functions that called up my blogs, and inserted HTML above where they were… I added “About Me” to the links section of the backend, so it shows up whenever the links function is called… hope that answers ur questions 🙂
OK, you’re going to have to be a bit more clear about this. When you say you want to include your blog description and bio in the template do you actually want seperate pages for these things or do you just want to put them in the sidebar?
