How to create a Zerif-Lite child theme ?

Hi,
I wanted to create a child theme of Zerif-Lite. I followed the instructions given on this link: http://docs.themeisle.com/article/14-how-to-create-a-child-theme
When I activate my child theme, WP tells me that the theme is corrupted and activates the default theme (Fifteen Theme).
I contacted the support ThemeIsle but without success.
An idea ?

I looked at the link you sent and the instructions are for ‘zarif pro’

Template: zerif-pro

Are you using pro or the free one as you will need to adjust that accordingly to match the other version if i is not pro.

Hi,
Just open to edit the style.css file of child theme.
Find this code

/*
   Theme Name: Zerif Pro Child
   Theme URI: https://www.themeisle.com/ 
   Description: This is a custom child theme I have created.
   Author: ThemeIsle
   URI: https://www.themeisle.com/ 
   Template: zerif-pro
   Version: 0.1 
   */

Change to:-

/*
   Theme Name: Zerif Lite Child
   Theme URI: https://www.themeisle.com/ 
   Description: This is a custom child theme I have created.
   Author: ThemeIsle
   URI: https://www.themeisle.com/ 
   Template: zerif-lite
   Version: 0.1 
 */
